The Polytec Group new manufacturing plant in Telford was a new build factory which produces bumpers and accessories for car manufacturers such as Jaguar Land Rover. This new facility was required due to an increase of new contracts for the company and now provides 7,800 m2 of Factory space and 640 m2 of office space spread over two levels.
V & D Interiors carried out the installation of the partitioning, drylining and suspended ceilings which also included constructing a 4 hour fire rated bulkhead between the offices and factory. This project did not have a firm specification at pricing stage so we worked along side manufacturers Siniat and AMF ceilings to develop a specification to provide the client the most cost effective solutions whilst achieving their strict acoustic/fire requirements for the project.
