V&D interiors are pleased to announce we have secured the partitioning, drylining and suspended ceiling package at Smiths Wood Medical Centre in Solihull.
We will be carrying out these works for Birmingham based Key Construction who have delivered numerous healthcare schemes. We secured this package based upon our solid track record of delivering similar projects.
Smiths Wood Medical Centre is a new build two storey building consisting of traditional brick and block construction with a steel frame. We will be drylining the external walls and forming the new rooms with metal stud partitioning. All rooms will be finished with tape and joint finish and Lay in grid ceilings. This new facility will provide a mixture of clinic, consultant, recovery and treatment rooms.
We will be installing all partitioning and drylining to a Siniat system and all LIG ceilings to a Armstrong world industries system.
