V & D interiors are pleased to announce we have secured the Load bearing SFS, drylining and plastering package for the expansion of the Pathways Intermediates office in Shrewsbury’s for Paveaways Ltd.
We have two elements of this project the first we will be carrying out a full refurbishment of the existing office facilities by installing new LIG ceilings and forming new offices areas by using metal stud partitions.
The second part will be to form a new factory area using a load bearing SFS system. We will be constructing over 650m2 of SFS walls and roofs in 2 weeks. We will be forming various different elements of SFS on the project from a high level wall which is over 9m high and 20m long to a roof structure covering 4m wide x 36m long.
This will be our 5th project for Paveaways in the last two years and we are pleased they have chosen us for these works. We were awarded this project based upon the successful delivery of previous schemes and our expertise in delivery SFS projects.
