V&D Interiors are pleased to announce we have secured the SFS package for Phase 2 of the Tannery in Shrewsbury. We will be carrying out all of the SFS, sheathing boards , insulation and brick tie channels.
This phase will consist of a new four storey medical centre which is a mirror image of the first block with a infill section between the two providing a further 8 student bedroom and 2 shared kitchen facilities.
We will be working with Hadley Steel Framing to take the SFS design from initial indicative designs to a final finished fully warranted installed system. With over 1500m2 of SFS, sheathing board, insulation and brick tie channels to be installed in 9 weeks.
We are pleased to be working with Morris Property again to delivery the second phase of this scheme. We were awarded this package based upon the successful delivery of the first phase where we carried out the drylining and SFS package to form the 54 bedroom student in a combine package worth over £450,000.
