We are excited to announce we have secured the SFS, drylining and plastering package for a 211 bed student accommodation called “The Met” in Newcastle-Under-Lyme for Cruden Construction.
We will be carrying out the SFS framework , Brick tie channels, metal stud partitions, drylining, suspended ceilings and plastering in a combine package worth over £900,000.
The scheme will consist of constructing external walls, partitions and ceilings to form 211 individual suites over 10 storeys.
We worked closely with the architect and main contractor to ensure we achieved all acoustic and fire ratings on the walls and ceilings whilst offering the most cost effective solution.
We were awarded this scheme based upon the successful delivery of another similar sized student accommodation for Cruden’s this year and our expert knowledge demonstrated throughout the tender period.
