The Vantage consisted of 485 bed student accommodation in the centre of Nottingham. We carried out the SFS framework , Sheathing board, metal stud partitions, drylining, suspended ceilings and Tape and Jointing.
The scheme consisted of constructing external walls, partitions and ceilings to form 485 bed student accommodation along with various amenity spaces over 12 storeys.
We worked closely with the architect and main contractor to ensure we achieved all acoustic and fire ratings on the walls and ceilings whilst offering the most cost effective solution.
We were awarded this scheme based upon the successful delivery of two other similar sized student accommodation in Nottingham and our expert knowledge demonstrated throughout the tender period.
