Orme Boys School consisted of 113 bedrooms split across two blocks. The first block was a refurbishment of an existing Victorian school into 36 student accommodation rooms. The second block was a new build 4 storey timber frame structure consisting of a further 77 student accommodation rooms.
We carried out the drylining, suspended ceilings, tape and jointing and load bearing SFS packages.
We were chosen for this scheme by Kettle and Talbot based upon the successful delivery of 3 student accommodation schemes for them.
