V&D Interiors are pleased to announce our Manchester office has secured the drylining and ceiling package for 88 apartments and 10 bungalows in Middleton, Manchester.
The extra care village will consist of a mixture of 88, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments spread across a three story building with various onsite facilities including a restaurant, hairdressing salon, communal lounge, guest room facilities, laundry, treatment room and adapted bathroom. There will also be 10 2 bedrooms bungalows on the site for shared ownership.
We will be carrying out the drylining and ceiling package, which will consist of metal stud partitions, dot and dabbing, suspended ceiling, MF Ceilings and skim finish.
We were awarded this project based upon our recent successful delivery of two other similar sized schemes for this client.
