V&D Interiors are excited to announce we have secured the SFS, Partition and ceiling package to form a 485 bed student accommodation in Nottingham called the Vantage.
The Vantage will be one of the city’s tallest buildings which will provide 485 student bedrooms spread across 12 storeys and will have a sky lounge which will provide incredible views over Nottingham Castle.
We will be carrying out the SFS, cement board, partitions, wall linings, MF ceilings, LIG Ceilings and tape and joint finish. We will be using a full Siniat system to construct all the partition, wall linings and MF Ceilings and we will be using Knauf AMF Ceilings to form corridor LIG ceilings. The SFS facade will be constructed using Steel formed sections and Euroforms Cement Particle Board.
We were awarded this scheme based upon our solid track record of delivery similar sized schemes and for our successful delivery of two large student accommodation schemes in Nottingham last year.
