V&D Interiors Ltd is delighted to announce we have secured the drylining, suspended ceilings, partitions, and tape and jointing package for a purpose-built 107‑bed student accommodation scheme at 11–15 Wade Street, Bristol, working with developer Horizon Homes .
This 6‑storey development will occupy a tight 0.06 ha city‑centre site, previously home to a vehicle garage and butcher’s unit, now being transformed into highly sustainable student housing within walking distance of Cabot Circus, Broadmead, and Temple Meads Station .
Our scope covers:
- Full drylining systems
- Formation of internal partitions
- Installation of suspended ceilings
- All necessary tape and jointing works
V&D Interiors brings expertise in high-density city-centre projects, tailored for complex logistics and tight footprints. The project demands precise planning to manage phased access and coordination in a live environment where surrounding streets are constrained and pedestrian-heavy.
“We’re excited to contribute our quality interiors capability to this compact and strategic Bristol student project in partnership with Horizon Homes.”
Works are due to begin Summer 2025, with project completion slated for early 2026—on schedule for the new academic year intake.
