The project involves the construction of a four-storey extension to the existing hotel, adding 48 new guest bedrooms as part of Village Hotels’ wider investment in expanding their national footprint. Located near key transport links including the M42 and Birmingham International, the Solihull site is ideally positioned to meet growing demand for high-quality hotel accommodation in the West Midlands.
Our team will be delivering a full interior fit-out scope, including:
- External/internal drylining systems
- Partition wall construction
- Suspended ceiling installation
- Complete plastering works
