V&D Interiors Ltd is pleased to announce we have secured the plastering, partitions, and suspended ceiling package for the Untold Living Retirement Village in Newport, Shropshire, working alongside McPhillips (Wellington) Ltd.
This £20 million development will provide 61 apartments and 15 bungalows designed for older residents seeking flexible living options. The community will offer both purchase and rental opportunities, with optional 24-hour on-site care and an on-site bistro, catering to a range of needs and preferences.
The development is situated off the A41, opposite Mere Park Garden Centre, ensuring residents have access to local amenities and transport links. The project aims to address the shortage of good-quality, smaller housing in the area, enabling older individuals to downsize affordably while remaining within their community.
V&D Interiors will deliver:
- Internal partitions to form individual units
- Installation of suspended ceilings
- Comprehensive plastering works
