V&D Interiors is delighted to be working alongside Cordia / EPC Construction on the Bradford Works development in Birmingham, where we have secured the loadbearing SFS, partitions, ceilings and plastering package.
Bradford Works is Birmingham’s first purpose-built shared living scheme and a key addition to the wider Great Hampton Street masterplan. The development comprises 54 en-suite studio units supported by generous communal areas, designed to create a modern, sociable and well-connected living environment for residents.
As a landmark project within a rapidly evolving part of the city, Bradford Works demands meticulous coordination and technical expertise — from the structural framing through to the internal finishes — ensuring a robust, high-quality building that sets a new benchmark for shared living accommodation in Birmingham.
