The scheme forms part of the expansion of the existing Village Hotel, enhancing the leisure and hospitality offering at the Leeds South location. The development will provide additional hotel accommodation and upgraded facilities, supporting the continued growth of the Village brand while improving guest experience and operational efficiency.
The extension has been carefully designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing hotel, both architecturally and operationally. Sustainability and long-term performance are key considerations, with modern construction methods and energy-efficient building systems helping to reduce environmental impact while delivering a high-quality, durable finish suitable for a high-occupancy hotel environment.
Delivering this project requires close coordination within a live hotel setting, with careful planning and sequencing essential to minimise disruption while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and programme certainty. The appointment follows the successful delivery of a similar Village Hotel scheme in Solihull, Birmingham, demonstrating our proven capability within the hospitality sector.
