The project forms part of a residential-led redevelopment of the former Cameron Centre site, delivering 34 high-quality apartments alongside improved community-focused facilities. The scheme will contribute to Bristol’s ongoing regeneration, providing modern, energy-efficient homes designed to meet current and future housing needs.
The development has been carefully designed to achieve high standards of safety, comfort, and long-term performance. Particular emphasis has been placed on fire protection, acoustic performance, and thermal efficiency, with our specialist internal works playing a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and occupant wellbeing.
