The project comprises the construction of a new five-storey extension, delivering an additional 48 guest bedrooms connected to the existing hotel via a link bridge. The development also includes associated external works, car park reconfiguration, and landscaping, further enhancing the hotel’s capacity and facilities.
Designed to complement the existing hotel, the extension has been developed to meet the highest standards of quality, fire safety, acoustic performance, and durability expected within the hospitality sector. Our specialist internal works will play a key role in creating high-quality guest accommodation while supporting the efficient delivery of the overall programme.
