Project Summary
V&D Interiors Ltd was appointed by Monkfish Construction to deliver the internal drylining and ceiling packages for Sapphire Court, a landmark luxury residential development in Birmingham city centre.
The scheme comprises 166 premium apartments across buildings ranging from six to eight storeys, offering a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and duplex-style homes. Designed around two private landscaped courtyards, Sapphire Court provides high-quality city living in a prime location on the edge of Birmingham’s vibrant Creative Quarter, with excellent connectivity to New Street Station, the future HS2 Curzon Street Station and the city’s commercial district.
Our Scope of Works
V&D Interiors delivered a comprehensive internal package, including:
- Metal stud partition systems
- High-quality skim finish throughout apartments and communal areas
- Suspended ceiling systems
- Fire-rated partition installations
- Bulkheads and architectural ceiling features
- Coordination with mechanical and electrical services to ensure seamless installation
