Located within Sheffield’s Cathedral Quarter, on the edge of the historic St Vincent’s Quarter, Quarterside is a landmark 17-storey Build-to-Rent development that will deliver 234 high-quality apartments designed for modern urban living. The scheme features a carefully considered mix of studios and cluster apartments, incorporating 27 unique apartment types that maximise space, comfort, and functionality for residents.
Designed with sustainability at its core, the development integrates a range of environmentally conscious features, including mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR), solar photovoltaic systems, and green roofs that enhance biodiversity while helping to reduce the urban heat island effect. The project is also targeting the highest possible three-star Fitwel certification, recognising its commitment to promoting health, wellbeing, and community-focused living.
Our specialist internal works will play a key role in delivering high-performing residential accommodation and shared amenity spaces, ensuring the development achieves the required standards for fire performance, acoustic separation, durability, and quality of finish. The scheme includes a range of premium resident facilities, including a gym, co-working spaces, games room, and residents’ lounge, all requiring meticulous attention to detail throughout the construction process.
