V&D Interiors Ltd is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the drylining, tape & joint, carpentry, and ceiling package for One Dallas Road, working in partnership with MCR Construction.
The first block comprises 50 residential apartments, with V&D Interiors delivering a comprehensive internal works package valued at approximately £900,000.
With a demanding 10-week programme, the project will require detailed planning, efficient mobilisation, and close coordination across multiple work fronts. Our experienced delivery team will work closely with MCR Construction and the wider project team to ensure programme certainty, consistent quality, and the safe and efficient delivery of our works throughout the construction programme.
Our appointment includes responsibility for several key elements of the internal fit-out, demonstrating V&D Interiors Ltd’s ability to manage and deliver multiple specialist packages under a single contract.
Our scope of works includes:
- Internal drylining systems
- Metal stud partition systems
- Tape & joint finishing
- Suspended ceiling systems
- Carpentry works
- Associated bulkheads and ceiling details
- Coordination with mechanical, electrical, and other specialist trades
Delivering a substantial internal package across 50 apartments within a 10-week programme will require careful sequencing, effective labour and material management, and strong coordination between all trades.
