V&D Interiors carried out these works for Wynbrook Ltd who are a award winning contractor who specialise in building care home facilities.
We were chosen to carry out this project based upon our solid track record of delivering plastering and drylining contracts in the Shropshire area.
On this project we carried out the Partitions, Plastering, Dot and dabbing and Metal framed ceilings in a combine package worth £200,000. The scheme consisted of creating a further 68 ensuited bedrooms and various communal spaces. We drylined internal rooms and corridors with dot and dab and formed bathrooms in metal stud partitions. We formed ceilings in metal framed plasterboard ceiling and then finished all rooms with a skim plaster finish.
We were also tasked with designing and creating external canopy soffits. To design and create these soffits we had to get specialised calculations carried out to ensure the soffit would with stand the wind loads in the area.
For this scheme we worked closely with the client to ensure they were getting value for money and that all partitions and ceilings achieved the required fire and acoustic ratings.
