V&D interiors are pleased to announce we have been awarded the drylining, plastering and ceiling package for a New Build Luxury Care Home in Eastcote, Solihull.
This Eastcote development comprises three two-storey buildings; a 50-bedroom care home and two additional apartment blocks featuring 34 retirement apartments.
We will be carrying out a mixture of dot and dabbing, skimming, metal stud partitioning and metal framed ceilings. We will be using a full Siniat system.
We will be delivering this scheme for main contractor Stepnell. Stepnell’s appointed us this project due to the successful delivery of other care home projects in the area.
