On this project we carried out the metal stud partitions, drylining, suspended ceilings and plastering in a combine package worth over £1,200,000.
The scheme consisted of constructing partitions and ceilings to form 72 individual suites and 23 one/two bedroom apartments over 6 storeys.
We used a full Siniat system for internal walls and Knauf AMF for the ceilings. We worked closely with the architect and main contractor to ensure the proposed solutions achieved all the acoustic and fire ratings on the walls and ceilings whilst offering the most cost effective solution.
We were awarded this scheme based upon our expertise in delivery similar sized schemes and our expert knowledge demonstrated throughout the tender period.
