V&D interiors are pleased to announce we have secured the SFS, partitions, ceilings and plastering package to delivery 80 apartments in Digbeth, Birmingham.
The scheme is called “Apex Loft” and consists of 80 apartments spread across 8 storeys. We will be forming all external and internal walls and ceiling using a full thru the wall Siniat/ EOS system from weather defense on the outside to EOS SFS framework to Siniat internal boards on the inside. This fully tested system will provide the client with a 25 year warranty.
We will be working with Nottingham based main contractor Clegg Construction to delivery this scheme. This scheme was awarded to us based upon the successful delivery of a 199 apartment block in Birmingham.
