Sector: Education

Main Contractor: Morris Property

Scope of works: SFS, Brick Tie channels, Drylining and Partitioning, Suspended Ceilings, Plastering and Column Encasements

Project Value: £350,000

Langley School consisted of a new build teaching block which has provided 18 general use classrooms, a new library and various other administrative rooms.

We carried out the Brick tie channels and insulation, SFS, glassroc x, partitions, wall linings, MF ceilings, LIG Ceilings and tape and joint finish.

We used a full British Gypsum system to construct all the partition, wall linings and MF Ceilings and we used Armstrong Ceilings to form LIG ceilings in the classrooms. The SFS facade was constructed using Steel formed sections SFS and British Gypsum Glassroc x which was then clad with Wincro brick tie channels and Eurothane insulation.

We were awarded this scheme based upon our solid track record of delivery similar schemes in the Telford and Shropshire area. This was our 6th project for this client.
