V&D Interiors are excited to announce we have secured the partition and ceiling package for a 163 bed student accommodation in Worcester.
We will be working for J Tomlinson who we worked previously for to delivery a 220 bed student accommodation scheme in Nottingham.
This scheme will consist of two blocks, a refurbishment and a new build. The refurbishment will be a conversion of grade II-listed building which has impressive gothic architectural features which will be kept and refurbished to provide 91 student beds. The new build block will be of a new steel frame structure and will provide a further 72 bed student Accomondation.
We will be carrying out the partition, plastering, wall linings and ceiling works using Siniat full system.
We were awarded this scheme based upon the successful delivery of large student accommodation schemes across the East and West Midlands.
