The Digbeth One 2 development consisted of 199 new 1 and 2 bedroom luxury apartments in Birmingham. This project is located 10 minute walk from Birmingham city centre. We carried out the drylining, partitions and ceiling package.
We formed the internal walls using metal stud partitions and lined the SFS party and external walls with plasterboard and resilient bars then finished the rooms with a MF ceiling and skim finish to all walls and ceilings.
We installed a Heradesign ceiling to the corridor which Knauf the manufacturer said was the best Installation he had seen in all his time of working at Knauf and that the edges were cut and re-chamfered to the very highest quality.
We were awarded this project due to our solid track record of delivering similar schemes in the East and West Midlands.
