Pathways Intermediates office in Shrewsbury’s was an office refurbishment which consisted of two elements, the first was a full refurbishment of the existing office facilities by installing new LIG ceilings and forming new offices areas by using metal stud partitions.
The second part was to form a new factory area using a load bearing SFS system. We constructed over 650m2 of SFS walls and roofs in 2 weeks. We formed various different elements of SFS on the project from a high level wall which was over 9m high and 20m long to a roof structure covering 4m wide x 36m long.
This was our 5th project for Paveaways in the last two years. We were awarded this project based upon the successful delivery of previous schemes and our expertise in delivery SFS projects.
