V & D Interiors are excited to announce we have commenced the third phase of London House student accommodation in Stoke on Trent for Kettle and Talbot.
This will be the third phase of the scheme which consists of a further 95 bedrooms on top of the previous 198 bedrooms we have completed for them on previous phases. This phase has a fast track programme and is due for completion ready for the start of the new academic year.
On this phase we will be carrying out the installation of structural framing system (SFS), internal partitions, suspended ceilings and 2nd fix carpentry bringing the contract value to over £500,000.
We will be working in partnership with Hadley Steel framing to design, supply and install circa 1200m2 of infill SFS. The external walls on previous phases where constructed using timber framing, but changing the external wall to SFS on this phase we have been able to offer our client both a commercial and time saving.
