V&D Interiors are pleased to announce we have secured our third project for local contractor Morris Property.
We will be carrying out the drylining, plastering and suspended ceiling package to 24 new industrial units at Centurion Park in Shrewsbury. We will be dividing units with jumbo partitions and then drylining blockwork walls and installing suspended ceiling to create offices, meeting rooms, kitchens and toilet facilities.
The new industrial units will follow after demolition of the existing units and will provide new modern, flexible and secure spaces for businesses to grow.
Morris property has a rich heritage in the area and will be celebrating 150 years in business this year. They have owned and managed this site since 2002, so we are very proud to have been chosen to be apart of the regeneration of this site.
We were chosen to carry out this scheme based upon the successful delivery of two previous schemes for Morris Property. We are very excited to be starting works in March and look forward to working with the Morris property team again.
