Project Value: £850,000
We were chosen to carry out this project by Morris Property based upon our solid track record of delivering student accommodation and medical centres. On this project we carried out the SFS framing, sheathing board, brick tie channels and insulation, drylining, partitions, plastering and suspended ceilings in a combine package worth £850,000.
On this project we had a mixture of systems due to the various elements of works. The SFS was installed to Hadley specification, the brick tie channels were installed to a Ancon system, the suspended ceilings to the corridors were installed to a Rockfon system and the partitions, sheathing board, drylining and plastering were installed to a British Gypsum system.
We are very proud British Gypsum, one of the UK leading plasterboard manufacturers choose to feature us and this project in one of their case study’s as they were very impressed by the quality of our installation. The case study was about a new sheathing board we installed to the SFS framing called Glassroc X, which is a new product manufactured by them. The case study can be found on www.british-gypsum.com/case-studies/high-rise/the-tannery.
