We were chosen to carry out this project by Kettle &Talbot based upon our solid track record of delivering 5 other similar schemes for them. On this project we carried out the drylining, partitions, plastering and suspended ceilings in a combine package worth £1,000,000.
The one London Road Scheme consists of 5 blocks of new build student accommodation on a 3.5 acres site situated in the town centre of Newcastle Under Lyme. The scheme will will provide over 500 studio style bedrooms with their own kitchens and bathrooms.
We will be forming all the partitions and ceilings using a combine system of Siniat plasterboard and Protektor Metal with a tape and joint finish.
