Pegasus Lichfield Bond is a independent living apartment block consisting of 64 apartments spread across 3 buildings located in Lichfield. The site enjoys a prime location offering beautiful views across the treasured landmark, Lichfield Cathedral and is located within a short walk to Lichfield Market Square.
The apartments consisted of a mixture of one and two bedroom modern apartments. The development included shared communal spaces for residents such as communal lounge, social kitchen, patio seating areas and a communal garden.
We carried out the partition, plastering and ceilings package.
We delivered this scheme for property developer Gr8 Space . We were awarded this scheme based upon based upon the successful delivery of various apartment blocks across the Midlands.
