V&D Interiors are pleased to announce we have secured the SFS, drylining, partition and ceiling package for a 471 bed student accommodation in Bristol.
The scheme is called Avon Street Student Accommodation and is located in Temple Quarter. It is being built on the former Chanson Foods facility, which sits beside Bristol’s famous Floating Harbour and adjacent to the proposed university campus. The building will vary from eight to 12 storeys in height, with a standalone two-storey mixed-use hub to the harbour side.
We will be installing OP systems SFS and RCM sheathing board to the outside of the building. Then forming the rooms using British Gypsum Partitions and then finishing the rooms with British Gypsum ceilings.
We were awarded this project due to successful delivery of similar large schemes in the South West area.
