Newport Leisure centre was being refurbished to increase its energy efficiency, improve facilities and increase the capacity of the swimming lesson programme. This scheme forms part of the council’s pledge to be carbon neutral by 2030. We installed a mixture of new insulated perimeter linings and a large 600m2 Hunter Douglas feature ceiling which will span the swimming pool and changing facilities.
